This report describes the compilation of the<em> Yeditepe Spoken Corpus of Learner English </em>(YESCOLE)<em>, </em>a 119,787-word corpus of Turkish students’ spoken English at tertiary level. YESCOLE was compiled to generate a developmental corpus of spoken interlanguage by collecting samples from learners of different English proficiency levels at regular short intervals over seven months.
